I booked my appointment through ZocDoc and there was some initial confusion regarding the nature of my appointment. Whether it was my own user error or a glitch in the partnering systems, everyone was extremely professional and incredibly understanding. Extremely thorough, extremely informative with excellent bedside manner. I would highly recommend this carbon health location to any and everyone.

My most pleasant urgent care experience ever. Very short wait and it was patients 3pm on a Friday. Professional and pleasant staff. Even though it's not the closet urgent care to me, I would make them my first stop the next time I need an urgent care. Also, very cute and comfortable waiting room. Highly recommend.

Appreciated the service hours. The staff were kind, professional and helpful. They got us in and out in a timely manner. The facility was super clean and comfortable.

Great service. I was sent a link to fill paperwork out in advance. So my wait was minimal. Greeted with smiles and helpful ladies. The gentleman that did the initial Vitals and drug test was very nice and considerate. The Doctor was amazing. She was very personable and prompt. All the staff was amazing.

Friendly and client focused service, friendly patient focused medical professionals. A very pleasant experience.

The first day that i recieved physical therapy felt better. And progressing with every visit.

Appreciated the whole experience. It is easy to navigate parking. Checking in was very quick, and those helping where kind. Was seen fairly quickly by a nurse, had to wait bit longer for the doctor, but the doctor what’s exactly what kind of doctor you want. Thorough, kind, informative. They even drew blood, and it was the first experience I wasn’t tortured by. The nurse who drew my blood is the best I’ve ever had.

Had a very nasty urinary infection which needless to say didn't leave me feeling good. Everybody there was great from checking in to walking out the door everybody was sweet and nice and helpful and I was very grateful. If I can give him six stars I would.

Great urgent care facility! I went in for stitches, and felt very safe with their Covid protocol. The staff were very friendly, and professional. I believe it was Sophia and Betty that took care of me. Great overall care.
