Went in to have my heart checked out experiencing chest pains. Jennifer and the staff were immediate and prompt. Some of the best bedside manners I've experienced going into a medical facility in years. I just encourage people if you need help. Competent help. People that care care about what they do present themselves in the most professional manner. So kudos to Jennifer and the rest of the staff there. Thank you.

We went today without an appointment and were seen after a brief wait. The staff is amazing from the front desk to the medical professionals - cheerful, respectful and efficient! Snacks, water and juice were available - how wonderful! BestMed is redefining Urgent Care.

took awhile to get seen, however that is expected when going to any urgent care. when i was seen, the staff was incredibly nice. wish i could remember names- a blonde girl had seen me first and was very sweet and friendly. My doctor - curly hair- brownish.- was very nice and informative. did extra tests just to be safe- which i was extremely grateful for. very nice experience besides how long it took.

The urgent care was able to get me in right away (my usual urget care was booked out for 2 days) and the doc was very nice and did a thorough job. Plus they had my prescrbed meds ready by the end of the appointment! Zoomcare is a fitting name for sure.

I was in and out quickly, the staff was phenomenal and it cost the same as a copay at my PCP. Super friendly staff from beginning to end AND I was able to get the medication I needed right on-site! Didn’t have to wait in the long lines at the pharmacy. Highly recommend.

Very easy and convenient! Got a same day appointment, was helped as soon as I walked in and was called back quickly. Pleasant, efficient and helpful care. They even had the medication on-site which saved me going to a pharmacy. Going to switch to them for my primary.

Navigating healthcare in Eugene can be challenging (to say the least) but I can’t say enough kind words regarding my experience with Emily. She’s compassionate, knowledgeable, made me feel heard and understood. Being what I imagine was her last patient of the day she never made me feel rushed. This is my second exceptional experience with Emily at this location and I just really appreciate the care I’ve received. I hope Emily and this location stay here for a long time.

I went to PeaceHealth's Woodfield Station Walk-In Clinic with some cold symptoms seeking a COVID test and I received prompt, excellent care. The receptionist walked me through the paperwork right away and then Emily, Nurse Practitioner, was very thorough and professional, answering all my questions and giving me some good, practical advice. I highly recommend this Clinic.

I was highly impressed by the quality of care provided to me by the staff & the nurse. Emily was so kind & understanding. She even wrote down instructions for me to do at home. Would definitely come back here.
