NEXTCARE URGENT CARE FAYETTEVILLE REVIEWS

The entire day time staff was super friendly, professional and the front desk check in employee went above and beyond to straighten out some insurance difficulties. From the nurse taking my vitals to the wonderful and caring Doctor I saw, I was very impressed at how I was cared for and treated. I highly recommend this clinic and will continue to make it my primary NextCare. Thank you to the entire team that helped me.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience!!!! Everyone was so kind and sweet! I can’t remember the nurse we had yesterday but omg she was so so sweet and it felt like I’ve known her for years and we just met! If I ever need to See urgent care again this is where we will be going. Loved everyone.

Very nice staff. They were busy but stayed after hours to cauterize my finger. Very patient and calm. Doctor had good bedside manner and took the time to explain treatment and look after me.

FastMed Urgent Care is truly a great and wonderful place for medical care. The staff is very caring and professional. The front desk staff is friendly, kind and just plain sweet and people oriented. My Provider was also very helpful and very eager to provide me care. My practitioner is super comforting, extremely knowledgeable, and expressed genuine concern for my visit today. I'm honored to say that this is my third consecutive year being seen at this Fastmed location. I'll be back to this location as needed for treatment, care, and physicals! Thank you Francam FastMed Urgent Care.

I bought my son as a walk-in and from the the customer service was amazing. Amber let us know that it would be a long wait and even kept us informed on when we would be seen. The nurse was amazing as well. My son usually doesn't really talk to other people but she made him comfortable enough where he talked. I would definitely go again.

Staff was nice and friendly. They understood I was sick and cared for me in a loving manner. I am so thankful. Excellent care. Even though they got backed up, which I’m sure caused some stress, they never showed it or took any frustration out on the patients. Great staff.

I came in for some ore employment testing and it went so smoothly. I was greeted warmly by the front desk lady, and I got to the back pretty quickly. The staff back there was very quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

They’re really nice people who help me out with my right knee pain and I’m really grateful that I got there on time before they closed!! I would recommend to go there because I love it.

Had a very positive and quick experience with my appointment.
