NEXTCARE URGENT CARE KANSAS CITY REVIEWS

After suffering several days with a sinus infection, I was easily able to make an appt easily. Once there I was seen rather quickly (for an urgent care situation). The PA and triage nurse were very nice and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

The check-in process was extremely easy and efficient. The entire office was very clean and well organized. The doctor was amazing. Diagnosed me quickly, and got my meds sent over to the pharmacy So they were ready when I got there. I am so thankful I went there today.

Honestly, I was a walk-in and had visited before. They had all my info and made it really easy to check in and the wait was brief! Every member of staff was direct, polite, helpful and informative. I recommend this place for your health care needs, yes.

Exceptional and fast care. Brianna was amazing with getting me checked in and checking my vitals. Dr Robb was awesome. She's very personable and professional. Dr Rob gave me clear explanation and understanding of what was sewing on with my situation and in less than seconds she had a solution. Thank you ladies.

The receptionist was friendly, prompt and helpful. I felt comfortable and safe. The lobby was neat, clean and the seating was spaced appropriately. I was seen promptly. The nurse was courteous and thorough. She listened attentively! The doctor told me in detail how they planned to remedy my issues.

The front desk Receptionist was welcoming and kind. All the staff demonstrated appropriate professionalism. The young phlebotomist showed care and concern about my comfort, fears& concerns, before during and after the service she provided.
