Great service. Took great care of my wife. Would recommend to come here when you're ever in Killeen. Very nice and professional people from the front desk, to nurse and PA on staff.

Staff were so kind! So helpful. My daughter was so sick. Turns out she had the flu and they were so quick to get her medication sent to the pharmacy. Thank you so much.

The ladies at Integrity Urgent Care were absolutely stellar! I got there with only 30 minutes to closing and I was still greeted with a warm welcome and given excellent care. It’s honestly one of the best medical experiences I’ve had in a long time, possibly ever. I will absolutely go back to this location if I need to visit a clinic again in the future.

I’ve been here a few times and I’m always treated with nothing but kindness. I had Nasir as my CMA. He was extremely personable and polite. I was also seen by Miss Stephine she was very knowledgeable and considerate. The entire staff from front desk to the back were professional, caring, and quick.

Took absolute great care of my daughters on multiple occasions and myself today! I was a walk-in, but they got me in quickly. Roanne is the best too.

I went to urgent care because of difficulty breathing and a persistent cough. The urgent care said my breathing was fine and sent me home with cough medicine. I came in today, the day after going to urgent care, and saw PA Chris. He took my concerns seriously and was able to find the root of my problem. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure all my concerns were addressed. He was attentive and ensured I received proper care. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I went here to get seen about my eye and everyone was so kind and professional. From the front desk clerk, to the nurse that did my vitals and also the PA Chris who did my treatment plan. I would recommend coming here for primary care and/or urgent care.

Thank you to the staff of Elms Creek Family and Urgent Care. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful during check in. I was seen by PA Chris and he was just wonderful. Very attentive and made sure we had my questions answered before leaving. Look forward to becoming established again with this clinic.
