MEDCARE URGENT CARE NORTH CHARLESTON REVIEWS

This place is great, especially if you're lucky enough to get Dr. Hilliard. I was there yesterday morning feeling miserable and in pain. He provided excellent patient care. He is professional, shows concern and listens to his patients. He takes actions according to patient needs. He doesn't dismiss you like some other doctors do. This is a wonderful Urgent care center. All the staff members are professional and show care.

This is our go-to medical care for years now, even though we have a regular doctor. They get us in fast, and the red haired lady (sorry forgot her name) is always so welcoming. We love when she is at the front. Many of the doctors are extremely competent. The nurses and staff are so helpful. Great care all around.

Front desk check-in was smooth, I was seen within 5 minutes (slow day maybe 3 other folks ahead of me) received my diagnosis medication sent to pharmacy for pick up. All and all awesome experience.

Great Rising, it is my pleasure to share my experience with the City, after I visited Concentra Urgent Care, their service were excellent and they care very much for my health. The nurses are so pleasant and will to help you with your needs.

Jaime was excellent. She treated me with the utmost importance and respect. I really appreciated that and had a wonderful experience with her. Shonda was great as well and she also treated me kind and was very pleasant and made sure I got what I needed.

Super and professional polite staff. I only have one thing to ask. For in the future, for it to be possible for patients to recieve medical documents by email and not only by hand. Thanks.

This is my favorite place to come when I’m sick. The staff is kind, efficient and they have best bedside manner. Doctor Nason has a warm heart and authentically listens to his patients. I love that I can get my meds from them which saves you a trip to the pharmacy. I highly recommend them if you want a thorough work up and good care.

On 2/3/2026 I had a very warm, pleasant, welcoming ,professional, and relaxed experience with Dr. Mason and his amazing team. Certainly not my first time seeing Dr. Nason, but today, his sense of humor while offering excellent care with detailed communicative skills added joys to a very strenuous day. (Special shout out to two of the medical receptionists who radiated such cheerfulness as we had light conversations about our unique culture while completing the paper work on separate occasions. You all rock!!! It is often said that “ people don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care”. Thank you Dr. Nason and team for your continued comprehensive care, excellent customer service and top-tier service.

Was a great vist, came for a physical and drug test. The staff where courteous and professional, extremely competent in their profession. The nurse and doctor that saw me made it even better. Would highly suggest this clinic to anymore needing quality medical work.
