I had the best customer service experience thanks to Mathew... I went to the one in Osceola parkway and even tho I called ahead and asked if I could walk in for a drug screening they said NO, we don’t accept walk in on the weekend after I got there. I called this one and Mathew told me to go and from the moment to I got there to the very end he was courteous, attentive and very professional.. he explained me everything step by step... he is awesome! More like him please !

Dr. Lopez and his staff at this location were amazing. I have come here a few times and I just feel a sense of personal care that you usually don’t experience at a walk in clinic. They made me feel acknowledged and comfortable. I also like that there is one price up front. As someone with no health insurance this helps me manage my cost upfront and not surprised by a huge bill at the end.
