We had a truly wonderful experience at You & Eyes Eyecare. This was our daughter’s first visit to an eye doctor, as she had been having some challenges in class and we wanted to rule out any vision issues. It turns out she did need glasses, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team to walk us through the process. Dr. Tran was absolutely exceptional—patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. The consultants were equally phenomenal. Every team member took the time to explain each step and test in a way that was easy to understand. They answered every one of our daughter’s many questions with care and enthusiasm, helping her feel calm and confident throughout the visit. She tends to be quite nervous in unfamiliar settings, but they made her feel completely at ease. The clinic itself is welcoming and impeccably clean. From the storefront to the exam rooms, everything was spotless. We especially appreciated their commitment to sanitizing each station thoroughly before and after use—it did not go unnoticed. We are deeply grateful for the level of care, professionalism, and warmth we received. My eye exam experience is 100% The front desk is so friendly and courteous the Dr. She is wonderful. She explains what's going on talks with you not at you. I love transcending eye care for my exams. Been coming here for couple years and the are the best. They answer my questions and any concerns I have.
