The reception area is clean, organized and has entertaining television shows to help pass time, and the front desk staff is courteous, efficient and pleasant to speak with when you have any questions or concerns- none of that impatient downgrading tone that a lot of medical assistants tend to take on. Getting seen to as a walk-in did not take long at all. The nurse who takes your vitals was also friendly and knowledgeable. My doctor was very cool, a relaxed professional. Overall, this urgent care center is probably the best one I’ve ever experienced!
