The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. They explained everything they were doing and why. I was also given a summary of my visit that included symptoms, medication given and what to look for and do in case I had a reaction to the medication or my symptoms got worse . I would highly recommend them.
My daughter was seen by an amazing attentive provider. I'm still in shock about the great experience at Healthpoint Urgentcare in Kent. Our community was in much need of an Urgent Care that is accessible and patient-centered. They had DEI intake forms, translation options via telephone at reception to attentive, courteous staff and respectful, efficient and thorough medical attention.
All the staff I encountered was attentive, detailed and friendly. I was initially nervous/embarrassed regarding my visit, but my medical assistant, Brenda made me feel at ease prior to the physician coming in, who was also lovely. Thank you all.
