Heartland Primary Care

I'm looking for a new PCP. I was recommended, through a friend, to try Dr. Pacheco. I have to say I wasn't disappointed!! Great first impression! Every step of the way. From being checked in at the front desk (Awesome ladies that helped me!) to the nurses helping with Labs and Xray's, they were all incredible! They had offered to provide a Flu Shot, which I accepted. However, it should have happened prior to heading over to the Lab area. The Doctor AND Nurse tracked me down and brought the shot with them! GREAT customer service which is sorely missed in health care. I feel I've found a good place to assist with my health care needs! 5 HUGE stars!! Thanks all!

Dr. Pacheco is fantastic! I was in so much pain and he immediately knew what was wrong. He is very knowledgeable and such a nice and sincere person. I recommend him to EVERYONE! If you are looking for someone to be your doctor, definitely go to him.

My wife and I both have been coming here since we located here in 2019. I know my wife is very happy with her doctor and the people who work there. I am a patient of Dr. Pacheco. He is a wonderful man as well as a kind and compassionate doctor. I was in a bad car accident in 2021 and he has been there for me all along the way. I highly recommend him for your family practice Doctor.
