Olmsted Medical Center Rochester

Brought my daughter in to be seen (simple throat culture). Front desk (Jodi) and Nurses Ali and Jaime were very helpful. Being a retired military man, I have been to many medical facilities around the world, and I must say I was impressed-rooms were clean and prepped appropriately; staff was attentive and respectful towards my daughter and labs were completed in a timely manner. Granted, you all must understand we arrived when they opened, so of course, time of day and number of patients are determining factors into any review.

Dr. Palaez is honestly one of the best Family Medicine Drs. I've ever had. She is kind, she listens and is thorough. Because of her and the care she gives I will stay with her as long as possible! OMC got very lucky to have such an amazing Dr. Caring for some of their patients.

Jolene Carlson is an excellent primary care physician and I have loved the customer service provided by the OMC team.
