KATHERINE RINARD, MD - HENDRICK HEALTH REVIEWS
Dr Rinard is a patient centered doctor that I would easily recommend. She is caring, knowledgeable, thorough, and skilled. Dr Rinard has been my urologist for years and I am very thankful for her care.
Dr. Rinard saved my kidney a few of years ago. I had several small kidney stones trapped together causing a blockage. They did not show up on my scans because they were too small. However, together they blocked off a ureter to my kidney. Other doctors dismissed me and just kept giving me antibiotics. But, Dr. Rinard really listened to me and took the time to investigate my problem. I explained where my pain was to her. She knew immediately that it was referred pain. (I had expressed the same pain to another urologist previously and he had no clue!) Also, Dr. Rinard saw that the dye used with my scan disappeared where the blockage was. She knew exactly why. She saved my kidney by using a stent to open up the blockage and she made sure that my kidney was safe before she removed it.
Dr Rinard is a good doctor. I would highly recommend to anyone. I’m glad we have a good urologist in Abilene.

TREY DURDIN, MD - HENDRICK CLINIC REVIEWS
Abilene is so lucky to have a doctor of the quality as Dr. Durdin!!! My family practitioner referred me to him after my PSA was elevated. So thankful for being referred. Dr. Durdin and his staff walked my wife and I through a very scary diagnosis that no one wants to hear. We immediately felt as though we had been friends forever. He spoke medical to us in layman's words. His bedside manner is caring, patient and again in layman's terms. We really appreciate Dr. Durdin and his team patiently loving us through a very scary time for us. I could go on and on praising Dr. Durdin and his team. My wife and I thank God for making him available us to. He is truly the best of the best!!!
Excellent Dr, with great bed side manners. Good sense of humor, and best of all did my vasectomy so well that I've had zero pain afterwards. Literally the worst part other than the initial numbing shot, is the setting with an ice pack for the next 2 days. (I'm on day 2 now). but no pain, no swelling, just a lot of TV watching. I chose the in-office option, (opposed to the in-surgery room option) and without Valium so I was able to drive home afterwards.
I had a vasectomy yesterday preformed by Dr. Trey Durdin and his team. I walked in at 8am and had my consultation with the doctor himself, very professional and most of all, a very caring individual. Went through the steps of the procedure and answered all of my questions. Later in the day I had the procedure, and Dr. Durdin talked to me throughout the procedure which really helped me remain calm. The procedure didn’t take very long at all, and how the doctor and his assistants work seamlessly in unison, it felt as if they had done this procedure a thousand times before but still called me by name as if we had been friends for the past 30 years. Post procedure, the staff and the doctor checked up on how I was doing and reminded me the importance of icing. I would highly recommend Dr. Trey Durdin and his team to anyone needing a Urologist. 5 out of 5 stars!!!
