I am a patient of Dr. Adam Hickerson for the last one and a half years now and had 2 successful bladder surgical procedures performed with minimal side effects and recovery time. I am so fortunate to be under his care, an excellent and caring physician and I totally trust his professional judgment without any reservations. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Dr. Hickerson and his staff, from the front office, to his scheduler and his medical assistants. I went in to have a catheter removed after surgery last Thursday. The ladies, Carla, Destiny, Diamond and Mr. Gutierrez assisting me were the most professional I have delt with outside of the hospital. The first in the morning did not make me feel uncomfortable in any way and talked with me the whole time. The afternoon follow up was amazing with a quick reinstall due to my body not cooperating/healed after surgery. The revised front office staff are leagues above the previous. Three months ago, I was diagnosed with radiation cystitis. My treatment involved intravenous fluid replacement, a blood transfusion, and transurethral catheterization, along with bladder washout and irritation.
