Dr Ross is calm and confident in his bedside manner. He is easy to talk to and inspires comfort while dealing with issues that I would typically consider unpleasant in nature. His desire to set follow up appointments made me feel like he cared about me as a patient and wanted to make sure my issue was resolved. Highly recommended.
I had a great visit with Dr. Ross. I appreciated his empathy, as he helped me understand my issue and addressed my concerns, and also the clarity with which he laid out the risks and possibilities for me.
Great stuff! Doctor was not stuffy, told me options and he was being extra careful in his remedy suggestions. Very good.
