Dr. Chen and his team have been exceptional throughout my care. I had an ACL tear and recently underwent surgery. From my first appointment all through my recovery, he and his team have been extremely detailed and clear with my questions, appointments and next steps. After surgery, they have a great check in system/portal and where he is extremely responsive while I was recovering.

I had surgery performed by Dr. James Chen recently and I’m totally impressed by the care I received from Dr. Chen and his team. They made me feel very comfortable during the Surgery as well as during my Post-op appointments. I’d recommend Dr. Chen to anyone looking for surgery consultation.

Dr. Chen and his team are top notch. From before my surgery till my continued recovery, they’ve been there every step of the way. Not to mention, Dr Chen is top of his field.

I am grateful my primary doctor referred me to see Dr. Shin to help address my knee injury. Dr. Shin helped me understand my injury in a simple way, provide me options and guidance with the goal of making the procedure be focused on only what is necessary and not try to overcomplicate things. The surgery was a success! Even the follow-ups with Dr. Shin have been great as he is helping me with my road to recovery. Thank You Dr. Shin and your friendly staff for helping me get back on my feet.

Dr. Shin gave me so much TLC and attention over a stubborn high ankle sprain that took FOREVER to heal. He ordered scans for me *in case* I wanted them and was very pragmatic in our approach, thoroughly explaining everything to me and highlighting what was in my control to expedite recovery. Would highly recommend.

Dr Shin is wonderful!! He is not a surgeon that will jump straight to surgical intervention. He treats the whole person and advises from a very caring, objective standpoint. I worked with him to get a second opinion about a very invasive hip surgery. He helped me immensely. You are in great hands with Dr Shin.

Dr. Hansen is professional, personable, and thorough. I was given a lot of information about getting ready for the surgery and the whole recovery ahead of time. Using their online Get Well Loop, he checked in on me daily after the surgery and provided more advice and reminders. And when he is your surgeon, you get his whole team who respond immediately to messages and any concerns I have had. The best.

I will be having a hip replacement done by Dr.Hansen in aapprox.3 weeks. Dr. Hansen did a knee replacement a couple of years ago. He is thorough, provides detail info. and alleviates all of my concerns. His staff if excellent, respond quickly to all my inquiries. He checks on his patients after surgery and answers all concerns and questions. In my opinion, he is an excellent doctor.

Dr Hansen was very kind and attentive, he answered all my questions and gave suggestions on other things I can do to further recovery of my TkR. Dr Hansen and his team are the best you could ever find in a surgeon.
