Found this quaint little vegan spot while visiting Syracuse. To my surprise everything on the menu was vegan!! We ordered a biscuit with strawberry butter, the buck, the trailblazer, and potato wedges. All I can say is wow!!! It was sooooo delicious! Not only did the food taste great, the presentation was on point! The biscuits were wrapped like little presents! I would definitely recommend this place! You may have a slight wait for your food but it’s so worth it. They should consider having a seating area, it’s all Togo.

The Food was amazing!!! Everything is all VEGAN, very fresh. I highly recommend. My boyfriend and I ordered the chicken baby, the wrangler and the rambler and a donut. Everything was very filling. Thank you for the amazing service.

Pulled up outside and ordered. After a short wait, they brought me my sandwich. I was skeptical being that the food is all vegan but it was very satisfying! Tons of flavor.

It was my first time trying Ethiopian food, am amazed with it's taste and portions! Great value, but wonderful preparation, of vegetables and meats such as lamb! Highly recommended.

The food was fantastic, we ate the entire plate (We had lamb and the vegan platter for two, and the misto combo plate.) We loved the family atmosphere. Make sure to get the Jebena, and we also loved the mango smoothies.

Great atmosphere and incredible service. the food was very well seasoned and the portions were very large. the vegan variety is very large and the menu caters to many dietary restrictions. the smoothies taste very fresh and delicious.

We had an amazing dining experience at Inkas in Syracuse! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a fantastic meal. We sat at the bar and Matt helped us. His service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food Absolutely delicious! The flavors of authentic Peruvian cuisine really stood out. My husband and I went there for Valentine's Day and ordered Arroz Cn Pollo. It was cooked to perfection—savory, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. The Pisco Sour was a perfect complement to the meal, refreshing and well-balanced. If you’re looking for a unique and flavorful dining experience in Syracuse, Inkas is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes.

The atmosphere was amazing too, and they even decorated for Valentine’s Day, which made the night feel extra special. Honestly, this place was sick. We had an amazing time and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience. Can’t wait to go back.

Wow! Syracuse is really upgrading the food scene with new restaurants like this. We’ve come several times now and it’s always amazing. Decore really makes for a relaxing ambiance and the food was delicious. The ceviche is a must try and I really enjoyed the skewers as well. I was actually unsure about the causa roll when it came out but they did an amazing job with it.
