I want to sincerely thank Waterford Lakes Animal Hospital for the compassionate care and support they gave to our sweet cat, Mira, during her final days. Losing her has been incredibly painful for our family, but your kindness helped us get through one of the hardest moments we’ve faced. Mira was more than just a pet — she was a part of our family. She was a beautiful black cat with the warmest heart. She loved to cuddle and was always curious about everything we did — never missing a moment to be nosey in the cutest way. But most of all, she was my daughter’s best friend. They were inseparable: playing, exploring, and even sleeping side by side every night. Saying goodbye to Mira broke our hearts, especially for my little girl, but we’re grateful that she was surrounded by people who treated her with love, dignity, and gentleness. You did everything possible to ease her pain and helped us feel supported every step of the way. Thank you again, from the bottom of our hearts, for taking such loving care of Mira and for helping us through this loss with grace and compassion.

After 16 years of being with another Veterinary clinic we decided to switch over to Waterford Lakes Animal Hospital. We don't take our fur babies care lightly, so much research and thought was put into the change. Well I am so glad we did it. I was able to get a next day appointment. From the start, they were so welcoming. Dr. Cox was very knowledgeable; addressing the issues and giving me options. They made our boy feel so comfortable that he wanted to keep going in the back (where they do the procedures). I have never seen a pet want to go in the back! We walked out with a clear plan, meds, and happy about our choice.

Staff is always friendly, patient and loving with the animals. We changed vet offices after visiting Waterford Lakes for an emergency and made the switch immediately after. Service has always been fantastic.

I recently had Oliver neutered at KRVC, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and informative throughout the entire process. They took great care in explaining the procedure and post-op instructions, which helped me feel confident and reassured. My dog recovered quickly and comfortably, and I’m so grateful to the team for their excellent care. Highly recommend KRVC to anyone looking for a compassionate and trustworthy veterinary clinic.

10/10 great experience, highly recommend this vet clinic for anyone looking for top tier care. My puppy is on their pawment plan. It made getting his neutering surgery affordable. Dr Taylor Collin’s did his surgery, she was very respectful and gentle, she cleaned his face when he drooled and was super open to all the information I had to give.

Wonderful experience during a difficult time for our fur baby. Staff is friendly and caring. Mr. Snickers may have lost a limb, but he gained some new friends.
