They worked my dog in the same day, monitored him and took wonderful care of him. Once they diagnosed him they called me with the preferred treatment option being a surgery. While I would have preferred to go the surgery option, I simply could not afford it. They were kind, compassionate, and understanding when I told them this. They then walked me though a surgery free recovery option that I was able to afford. I have told every member of my family and all my friends about this clinic. Such a breath of fresh air from the vets that charge an arm and a leg and then treat you like scum if you aren't able to do the most expensive treatment options. You can tell they truly care about the animals and the people who enter those doors. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Family Pet Health Center has a large parking lot. When you enter the lobby is clean and you are greeted with a friendly smile at the desk. My cats Cody and Candy were calm in the hands of the Vet Tech as well as the Vet.(i can't think of their names) . Cody was healthy and only needed yearly shots, Candy had a eye infection which the Vet gave me drops for and showed me how to use it. I am happy to have found this place.

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. Been taking my cat, to Family Pet Center for years. I feels she gets the best care. Would recommend.

I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff was so kind to both myself and my dog. Every person I talked to or came into contact with made me feel like my dog was not only being given amazing care but that I was being offered as much support as possible. The wait was long— but it’s what I expected given that it was an emergency clinic. There were many animals in more emergent conditions ahead of my dog, but the staff still made sure to get his vitals early, which eased my concern during our wait. The staff updated patients as much as they could and treated everyone with so much compassion. A overnight stay was recommended for monitoring and they did an excellent job of explaining everything to me. The discharge information was so helpful and I was given clear instructions on how to provide care to my dog at home.

I can't thank the staff here enough. It has taken me a while to be able to post this after losing our precious kitty, Zelda, just before Christmas. Upon arrival the staff were waiting for us and rushed her back immediately. Unfortunately, nothing could be done and we had to let her go. Everyone was caring and gentle with us, and with Zelda. They explained everything thoroughly and with the utmost respect. It felt as if they cared and were upset with the news as well and I appreciated how well they treated her. I can't recommend them enough.

Outstanding! We had an after hours emergency and had to lay our sweet baby to rest. They took very good care of her and us. They made the process as easy as possible. Great staff and Dogtors! Rip Lexi
