I cannot say enough good things about the team at Animal Medical Center of Surprise. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine kindness. The staff truly made me feel like part of the family, and it was clear that they cared deeply about both the well-being of my pet and my own peace of mind. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful in getting us checked in and answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. They made the whole process so seamless and stress-free. The veterinary technicians were equally wonderful—thorough, gentle, and caring while handling my pet with the utmost respect. A special shout-out to Carrie Ginn who took the time to explain every step of the process and addressed all my concerns without rushing. It's rare to find a veterinary team that combines such expertise with compassion. I felt completely confident in the care my pet received.

I love this facility. They are very accommodating if your animal is ill. This is why I chosen them. Other clinics cannot help you in an emergency. They put down two of my elder dogs. Now all my dogs are transferred to AMC . Thanks for caring and listening to your clients needs also. I personally want to thank Dr.Berryman. He is very kind to my Aussies.

AMC has been a amazing in handling the care of my fur babies. From helping us with puppies to being there at the end for rainbow crossings. The team at the desk is always helpful and fun and the vets that treat my pups are thoughtful and understanding.

We woke up Super Bowl Sunday to realize we had lost our 10yr old beloved Wyatt. He had passed in the night. My wife and I were heart broken and lost. Our Normal Vet was closed and we wanted to have him cremated and his paw print. We made a few calls and the wonderful staff at surprise Animal Hospital were incredible. They were open and said bring him right in. Once we arrived they took our best friend in and immediately returned with his paw print and told us he would be in good hands they were very sympathetic and compassionate. I would highly recommend them and trust them with my best friend any day.

Unfortunately my Sugar passed away a few days ago. They had seen us just before closing and was very patient and stayed to take care of us. I received Sugars ashes three days later it made my day getting them so soon. They were so caring. This is a really good place to take you pet. We have been coming here for the past few years and have always had a great experience.

My beloved pity had to have surgery a month or so back. Every staff member I have worked with was amazing! Knowledgeable, compassionate & kind! Also, every time you call they are helpful and smiling over the phone- not a lot of places with this amazing of customer service anymore.
