The staff and veterinarian were pleasant. Doc figured out the issue with our pug, and he was better in a few days. What was impressive is that this clinic did not try to gouge us financially. I find that a lot of vets try to run up the bill. This clinic did not. It is why i am switching to this clinic.
Great place. Staff is nice and polite, waiting a bit, but it's worth it. I don't know who she was, if she was the Vet doctor, she was not polite and her words toward the assistant were not appreciated, she seem frustrated. But will definitely go back just for the service of the other employees.
I’ve been bringing my dogs here since they were puppies and the staff is always fantastic. We have since moved out of Oxnard but still make the trip out here cause we just can’t find another clinic like this one.
