You know an office cares and pays attention to the people that they take care of the animals that they those people bring in when you can walk in the door and they recognize a sibling of your pet. I’ve been using Ann Road for years. Recently, my grand dog (and my dogs sibling) needed a new vet and my daughter-in-law brought him here for his one year visit, as he was leaving one of the women here said “ he looks so familiar, does he have a sister named Willow” Just warms your knowing that they pay attention that closely to their patients. That being said, Everything went great absolutely everything every Dr hear every person on staff here from the minute. You walk in the door to the minute. You leave the office you know that your animal is in great hands and that your family is in great hands for that moment. I have my animals here as well as every rescue I have and I wouldn’t have it any other way. if you’re looking for an amazing who will pay attention who will give your animals love and care us if they were their own this is the place for you!

Took my 14 year old yorkie for dental cleaning and teeth extraction and I am so pleasantly pleased! My yorkie has no swelling or pain and it’s been a day since his surgery! Amazing doctors and staff :)

Super easy to get in ASAP. I’ve seen them twice within one week for different reasons and both times they were able to get me in within the hour or two. Very caring for any concerns you have for your pups.
