Wow! New ownership is fantastic! Not only is the location completely fresh and clean but it has all the amenities for an efficient workout! The saunas are prestine. The trainers in the programs are super fun and make the workouts really easy to comprehend and do the moves correctly. Not feeling a complete hot workout?! They have great weightlifting equipment in the back with weighted bars, kettlebells and free weights. Vending machine stocked with their great products including the HOTWORX exclusive gummies. Also too mention this is the best HOTWORX location for when you need to run errands after with great healthy food options in the shopping center for post workout grub! Can’t believe I haven’t been here, will most definitely be coming back to this location.

HOTWORX changed my life! As a former Marathon runner and Spartan racer I have hinder my bodies where my body was suffering from Nerve damage and very high inflammation levels. A surgeon informed me to try out Hot Yoga / Pilates ! Not only did I find the BEST gym in town but I was beyond satisfied with the results from the heat and Infrared! After a month of consistency not only did my inflammation decrease but I also was able to get back into training. The Studio is open 24/7 so there is always time for a workout !!!! I am Forever grateful for Hotworx!The program really does work and I STRONGLY recommend.

Just signed up as a New Member here at HOTWORX Aliante, I just want to say how clean it is and how super friendly the staff are when I walk in, always encouraging me when I walk in. And most of all I’m in love with all the sessions and equipment that they have here, helps me out a lot especially that I have asthma. I didn’t have to use my inhaler this morning! I started Group Fitness in 2014, I needed a place to belong and two people really stood out to me, Cathy and Diane. They welcomed me like no one else did and would always invite me out with them after classes. During Christmas one year they brought me a gift, I’ll never forget it. At the time they were both just members but fast forward a few years they are now two of my favorite instructor’s. I gotta say Cathy’s discipline will stand out to me the most. She’s tough yeah but what’s a little tough love? In the end isn’t that what we all need. Someone to push us past our comfort zones and tell us how it is? Cathy has proven everyone wrong time and time again, including myself. I mean come on, that woman is a power house. Best instructor at Losee Centennial hands down.

Bethany was great in helping us out in the gym for the first time. Glad to have picked this gym. All the equipment looks new and love the aesthetic.

Lossee EOS has amazing instructors. Cathy, Diane, Marcy and Dondrae. I feel motivated every class and inspired to show up! They want you to succeed and push you to make changes to improve your workout. I enjoy group fitness and my fellow classmates. Each class is uplifting and fun.
