Absolutely outstanding experience working with Bruce. HIGHLY recommend for businesses looking for a great promo video! From the very start, he was reassuring and professional, giving me direction on the process of video production and a clear plan moving forward. He is a genuinely nice guy, like everybody's cool uncle kinda guy, and so I wasn't nervous at all. It felt like working with family. He really listened to what I wanted in a video, and he skillfully captured exactly what we needed, planning and working efficiently to make it all come together. He has a working teleprompter setup, so I wasn't fumbling over words trying to memorize a script or notes. He involved me in the editing process, too, from the music and text choices to the specific clips we used, tweaking as we go. Everything has been great, start to finish. The end result is 100% what I was hoping for, and now that it's all over, I can't wait to do it all again for the next project! .
