This place is my go to, I love this place. I've been coming to eat here for 3 years now I once was sick craving something so warm and comforting and the PHó here is TO DIE FOR I always get number #6 & #16 they're both amazing choices. Everything in the menu is so good. The hospitality is so beautiful I don't know who would ever no to joining me here for dinner. I wish I lived in Salina's to eat here. I'm 45 minutes away but anytime I'm in Salina's after 5 I bring home PHó a number #16 with chili oil on the side. And a side of spring rolls or Egg rolls.

My husband and I have been coming to this place for a year now and it beats all the rest of the Pho places in the area. It’s always so fresh and the price for the portions is great. I highly recommend their spring rolls with their delicious peanut sauce and add some of the most AMAZING chili oil I’ve had at a restaurant here in Salinas. My favorite would have to be their salt and pepper fish, or pecan shrimp. I recommend trying their crispy spicy beef or their shrimp chow fung! Their broth is homemade and you can taste the love. Out of all the Pho places here in Salinas this one checks off all on the board for food quality, quantity and consistency.

My first try at Pho was here. Love it. It was my late mother's and mine fave! Lots of dish options and the small staff are just great. If they are able to, they will deliver.

SAIGON NOODLES REVIEWS

I absolutely love Saigon Noodles. I typically order off of grubhub. The food quality and portions are spectacular. My go to is the pork chop rice plate and a taro milk tea smoothie. The pork chops are always juicy and tender and the rice is always fluffy. Love that they serve lettuce with it as I use it to wrap the pork chops and dip it in the dipping sauce. Occasionally order the pho, the broth is slightly sweet so just keep that in mind. 10/10 would recommend ordering from them. Great lunch or dinner and always quick service.

This is an amazing and efficient little restaurant, I’ve had the sandwiches which are all good , my fave plates are the spring rolls appetizers and peanut sauce, lemongrass chicken and shaking beef over the garlic noodles! They also have great Thai tea and bobas and their seasonal smoothies are bomb.

When I think of noodles, smoothies or Vietnamese food in general this is the first place that comes to mind. Always welcoming service and delicious food that invites you to come back again.

Got a watermelon boba drink. It’s simple but a nice one. I can definitely taste the watermelon:) Although a little too expensive for how simple the drink is

Ate here all the time when I lived in Salinas :) they have really great vegan options and are very accommodating to a variety of diets.
