Slanted Rice Vietnamese Bistro

The waiter was awesome white guy *( didn't catch his name)* and he was super chill about everything. Also get the vitemiese ice coffee it is not overly sweet or too bitter the condensed milk is what makes it good. Also getting the rice noodle soup the broth is very tasty.

Went based on a friend’s recommendation. Excellent dinner. The pork egg rolls were crispy and filled with pork. The potstickers were different than any I’ve had before. They were deep fried but absolutely delicious! We had the firecracker shrimp and garlic noodles and the shaken beef. I’d have everything again and again. Can’t wait to go back.

This place is amazing! I live in Oregon and we don’t have a restaurant that would ever compare to this one. The food is very authentic and the staff members are so nice! Try their garlic noodles! I’m sure you’ll be back 3 times too!
