I've been working with HORTON as a vendor for MANY years now and it has been a wonderful partnership. I initially chose HORTON because I prefer to work with local vendors that I can meet IN PERSON and I like to keep the dollars local too. They also impressed me with their initial proposal and anticipated what my needs would be BEFORE I told them. Has everything worked out perfectly every time? No. But we've worked together to solve issues and they've never shifted blame. THAT is the kind of partner I prefer!
