We were incredibly blessed to have Aubrey photograph our wedding. We had several very emotional and sensitive parts of our wedding day (my niece and dad both had cancer, both of which passed away less than 18 months after our wedding), and Aubrey handled those moments, and more importantly, those PEOPLE, with genuine love and respect. She didn't feel like a photographer, stepping in and taking pictures here and there. She felt like a friend, honestly, almost like family! She loved us and loved our day...and made it her utmost priority to document it in a way that was authentic and genuine, which was SO important to us. It's pretty cliche to say that she gave us memories that we will treasure forever, but in our case, she most certainly did. On the practical side of things, she was punctual, prepared, and rather than making the day more stressful with plans and schedules, she just blended in with our day seamlessly and was simply the best addition ever. SO thankful to have had her as part of our day. I'd recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. She has a true passion and love for what she does, and when you combine that with taking beautiful photographs, it's magic. :) Love our wedding pictures dearly, and love our photographer even more! Aubrey is a Pinterest worthy photographer. She has amazing ideas of her own but was very open to any ideas we had also. She did a great job of loosening us up to help us not look/feel awkward. I love that our photos are a lot of candid shots and not all posed. She has such a fun personality and I feel like she shows that through her pictures. She encouraged us to bring our dog for some pics and she was amazing at capturing his attention. It truly made the pictures so special! She is creative and did such a good job! Can’t wait to have her on our wedding day.

Mary Kate shot my wedding last June, and almost a year later I am finally putting together my wedding album, and getting to go back through the whole day! I'm almost brought to tears looking back on every photo that captures the true joy we felt that day. I remember every moment of our wedding, and even when I would get stressed about the timeline and making sure everything was going smoothly (control freak;), she was always calm, excited, and full of joy and optimism, not to mention 6+ months pregnant which is exhausting on its own!
