They always responded immediately to our questions and ideas with great suggestions and advice. They kept us on point and made the planning enjoyable and stress free. Everything from the ceremony to the reception went so smoothly. Katherine has great relationships with all the various venders we choose. This is a huge factor in tying the event all together. Leslie was there for me through every step of the way. She and the rest of the Bella Baxter team went above and beyond to ensure that my day was perfect and according to my vision. Leslie and I met frequently and she was very easy to get ahold of. She took care of my timeline, vendor communication, and setting up/taking down my event space. She helped me design the event space and was always available with a solution when things did not go according to plan. I truly cannot recommend them enough.

I had the privilege of photographing a beautiful wedding in Breckenridge this September that was planned by Kirsten, and I can’t say enough good things about her and her team. The day had a lot of moving parts—multiple locations, shuttle logistics, intricate design details—and everything ran seamlessly. From a photographer perspective, it was such a gift to work alongside a planner who was organized, calm, and truly on top of every detail. The entire day flowed beautifully, allowing everyone to focus on what mattered most. Kirsten creates an experience that feels deeply intentional, curating each wedding to what matters to the couple. She is a wonderful human, and I hope to work with her on another event in the near future.

There really isn't enough words to say how much we loved working with Kirsten at White Pine Design. We were impressed with how organized she was and her attention to details throughout the planning stages for our Vietnamese American Wedding. An unexpected wind storm came in on our day but Kirsten was prepared to take care of it. Making sure glasses was removed for safety of our guests, tying table covers down, gluing menu/name cards down all while coordinating the timeline. When I started planning for our wedding, the first thing I did was hire Kirsten. This was quite possibly the best decision I made throughout the entire process.
