Marni has been such a blessing! If you're debating about hiring a wedding planner, do not hesitate to hire her and her team. We unfortunately had a very unprofessional planner prior to her who left us high and dry during the pandemic. Marni quickly took over and guided us throughout the rest of our wedding planning process. We could not have been happier with our choice having her as our planner! We had countless emails and video sessions and in person/design meetings -- which were so helpful and put us at ease. She is so detail-oriented and always quickly responded to our emails. We also had our pup incorporated into our wedding and she even had a doggy sitter as a service! You will not regret having Marni and her team on your special day.

Taryn and her team are the absolute best!!! We did full planning with Taryn, and she made the entire process soooo much less stressful than it would have otherwise been. We didn't want a super fancy wedding, and she never pushed us to do anything at a bigger scale than what we wanted but provided sage advice and wedding industry expertise that helped us make decisions about our budget. I'm beyond grateful that we made the investment of hiring her - it made a huge difference in our quality of life during the 18 months that we were planning! Taryn was so calming, kind, and on top of things at every step of the way. She had great ideas for the design (which turned out just gorgeous!) and was super collaborative. She also had excellent suggestions for vendors. When it came time for our wedding weekend, we were able to completely relax and be in the moment because we trusted her so much to run the day smoothly. She and her team (shoutout to Caleb and Adreanna) handled everything so beautifully, and my new husband and I had the best day we could have imagined! I wish every couple could have a Taryn for their wedding - the peace of mind she gave us was an incredible gift.

If you want to have the smoothest wedding day possible, surrounded by the most professional and attentive to detail team, then Taryn is your go-to. My (now) husband and I have very busy jobs, and planning a large cultural wedding was going to take up so much time that neither of us had. Taryn made this process incredibly smooth and so stress free for us which was so so important. She gave birth to her sweet twins right around our wedding date so she unfortunate could not be there to celebrate with us in person, but she provided multiple extra coordinators on the day of to make sure everything went PERFECT. My husband and I felt nothing but bliss on our wedding day and that was all thanks to Taryn and her team, we cannot thank you enough!

Well I see why the 5 star ratings! I am a professional bagpiper ( bagpipeplayers.com) and was contacted last year for a big wedding in Brentwood. This was a pleasure to work with Devin and her team. Devin made it simple. Emails for details and even a conference call with the bride. Everything was professional. At the wedding, Devin had every detail worked out for me to be a surprise bagpiper for the bride! How exciting for the guests. With 40 years of experience as a bagpiper, I wish I had more opportunities to work with JM.

Working with JM Events was a fantastic experience. We used them for bartending services at my husband’s 50th birthday party. Our bartender Ken showed up on time, was professional, and our party attendees enjoyed speaking with him while he made fantastic drinks. Jennifer continuously checked in before and after the event to ensure all went smoothly. I would use them 100 times over!! Thank you JM team.
