We had Paige as our Month/Day of Wedding Coordinator for my daughter’s wedding. She was so helpful from our very first Zoom meeting where she answered all of our questions to our last in person meeting where she shared the wedding timeline she made that we shared with the bridal party. I really appreciated her expertise, advice, and organizational skills. She did a wonderful job on the night of rehearsal, making sure everyone understood the order to go down the aisle/where to stand, answering questions, etc. On the day of the wedding I was able to relax and enjoy the day, as I knew Paige and Isabel were there to help keep the wedding party on track from photos to the processional. They did a great job keeping me up to date on all the things going on! I loved hearing, “Everything is running on schedule.” They also helped adding some decorative touches to the reception tables and bustled my daughter’s wedding dress. I’m so thankful for Paige and Isabel…they helped my daughter’s wedding day run smoothly from start to finish!

Paige with Veil Events was absolutely AMAZING! I am so happy and thankful I hired a day-of-coordinator. I planned the majority of my wedding but started to get stressed and nervous about how I was going to pull all of the small details together the day of the wedding. As soon as I hired Paige with Veil Events, I immediately felt at ease. We had many meetings where we went over the Wedding Planning Guide provided by Veil Events and Paige helped create a timeline for the day of the wedding. I am usually the type of person who gets worked up and anxious about things going the way I planned, however, I was amazed by how relaxed I was the day of the wedding. I owe this all to Paige. She took care of everything including coordinating vendor arrivals/setup. She even had a handy emergency wedding kit that became very useful! Brightstar provided linens and centerpieces for the fundraising event for 200 guests we hosted two weeks ago. The presentation was professional and the room looked great. Guests were commenting on how perfect the centerpieces were all night. Nick was great to work with and so was Sara. We had a couple of last-minute changes based on higher-than-expected attendance and a change by the caterer. Nick caught the details in an email I hadn't even noticed and made those changes happen for us. Great experience! Thanks, Brightstar!

We were married at Cider Gallery in Dec. 2017 and we could not have done any of it without Stacie. We worked with Stacie for complete and total planning - she handled it all! I cannot thank her enough for all the work she did and for putting up with my crazy ideas! Get ten 7ft+ trees into an art gallery for a formal - but casual feeling - winter gathering of our closest friends and family with great food and music? Not a problem! She read my mind and guided us in all the right directions and it turned out to be the most perfect evening. From her impeccable vision boards to her attention to detail and her ability to calm me down - she was absolutely incredible. On top of that - her wonderful husband Adam custom built all of the stands for our trees to sit in that blended right in. So much love for her!
Stacie was truly wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to bring our vision to life and ensure we had an amazing wedding. She was flexible and invaluable throughout the whole planning process. She helped to create a design plan and was our coordinator the day of. She was reassuring, and helped me stay calm when we had to replan everything two months out due to a venue change as a result of COVID. She helped transform our backyard into a beautiful venue. Stacie and Caroline are absolutely amazing. We got to plan out every aspect of what we wanted our wedding to be, and then they took the reins so that we had nothing to worry about. Stacie connected us with so many of our vendors and made that entire process feel possible. They got along great with our family and friends, who very much appreciated the itinerary Stacie provided and that she and Caroline were so easy to communicate with. They were responsive to any and all communication we threw at them (even when we were at our wit’s end) and they always had a solution. I only wish the day never came to an end
