I agree with the other six thousand 4 and 5 star reviewers--SOTA is great, and the the team is great. However, Amanda is phenomenal! We (my husband and I) absolutely bonused each time we had the pleasure of working with her. She spoke our language. She was fun, direct, inspirational, and a tremendous educator. I've tried many, many, many, plans before. I now know the missing key to my success was Amanda. :) I've been in maintenance for almost 6 weeks and my husband has been maintaining for almost 3 mos. And it's honestly quite easy. Amanda has given us the tools to live, not just diet. I am so very grateful for her! If you're contemplating trying out the program, stop. And just do it. Ask for Amanda; you won't regret it.

Over the last few years I put on 30+ pounds and could not lose weight when I tried. I wanted to get back to riding my bike long distances and signed up for a 85 mile ride. I figured that would motivate me. 2 months out from the date I still had not lost weight. I signed up for SOTA and with their help I went from 228 to 198 and on the ride I actually did a total of 103 miles. The coaches were so helpful during my training with what to eat and when, adjusting my intake based on how many miles I was riding. I've been successful so far. I feel better already and I don't feel hungry. I tend to be hard on myself when I feel I've failed in the amount of weight loss. However, the ladies are very encouraging of me succeeding week to week and that keeps me going. The products are great and tasty. You don't reach your goal overnight (obviously) but if I follow the plan, I'll get there. Thanks for believing in me and convincing me to believe in myself.

Words cannot begin to express the amount of gratitude I have towards Equilibrium and its staff. I am currently on week 10 of my 12-week program and only 9 pounds away from my weight loss goal!
