Skeptical at first but gave it a shot and Westchester Diet Plan truly works. I have lost 20lbs in about 1 month. More Importantly, the knowledgeable dietitians teach you portion control, what you should eat and what to stay away from. Thank you to Sharon and all of the assistants in the facility. If you need that extra push, I highly recommend visiting WDP.
