ANIMAL SPECIALTY CENTER REVIEWS

ASC was amazing , they made us feel so calm and welcomed. Most importantly they made my fur baby comfortable and treated him amazingly. Staffy, pitbull and even bully breeds are treated at times not so well because of how society views them. The drive was definitely worth it. Very clean , spacious, easy to check in and the whole staff were amazing !!! They didn’t beat the bill down our throat, they gave us options and time to decide which was comfortable for us financially but still what was the best option for our fur baby. MELO and us are thankful for everything.

Experience was excellent. My very anxious dog was treated with kindness and compassion. We were seen quickly in the ER. Great advice was given to help with the anxiety and the reason for our emergency visit was handled promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Staff is super helpful. Came in due to puppy eye injury due to scratch and vet was super attentive and helpful! Puppy eye improved by the next day with treatment. Will be going here whenever we have another emergency (which hopefully not soon).

I don't know why their reviews aren't better. This is the first place where vets speak to me with humanity and empathy. I recently moved from Latin America so I am getting used to how things work here. However, it was hard for me to find vets that actually cared and that can hold space for the emotions that surround a vet visit. My dogs are service dogs and I have a very special bond with them. They spend almost 24/7 with me and they are my life line. I've asked to be with my dogs in appointments (we have separation anxiety from each other lol but mostly because being medical alert SDs they are trained to keep me safe and to watch over me) and they have been so understanding. when possible, they've let me be in the exam rooms. They also call back after vaccines to see how our dogs did the day after, they listen so carefully to everything you say...I can't be happier! Thank you to everyone in the team. From the receptionists to all vets, you make it very special!.

This place is wonderful. They are my new primary care vet since I’ve moved to the area and they provide excellent care for my dog with special needs and frequent vet visits. The vet is thorough and she explains all options with frequent updates as your pet is being treated. Everyone is personable and helpful, and super good with my difficult dog. Very happy to have found them!.

Great Place to bring your fur babies. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The Doctor is very thorough and knowledgeable with her work and my lil guy is in the best shape he could be, thanks to Yonkers Animal Hospital and their Great service.

From preventative care to emergency treatment needs, the veterinary team at County goes above and beyond to keep pets safe, healthy and happy. They have taken extraordinary care of three of my pets, and helped me say goodbye to my long time doggy companion after a long health battle. I will continue to bring my pets to them for care, and anyone who comes across them should too. Thank you for everything!.

My dog escaped, while I was at the pool with my granddaughters. When I got home they were closed. But I went on there Facebook page and sure enough my dogs picture was posted. Help find his family people shared and I was able to be at peace that night until I could pick him up in the morning. Sabache and I had a happy ending. Thank you.

I truly love and appreciate EVERYONE at CAC. They treat my cat as their own. Cordelia has a few issues and I bring her there a few times a week. They are so understanding. My cat can be a bit of a handful and we are always welcomed. I would not have Cordy go anywhere else!.
