I wish that I could give them 10 stars. Jon and his team are simply amazing! In 2003, I needed to replace the old metal windows. A trusted coworker recommended Jon’s Window and Awning. Jon provided me with a fairly priced estimate to replace the windows and patio door with Milgard products. He was friendly and professional, answering my numerous questions so I felt confident that things would go smoothly, especially since I had indoor kitties that I didn’t want to accidentally escape. The ordering and installation process was seamless and his installation team was top notch. His installers were neat and paid attention to detail. It’s no easy feat to replace windows and a patio door in an older house that has been through several large earthquakes, but they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Over the years, there were a few issues covered by Milgard’s warranty, and each time, I received top tier service. When a patio door handle cracked, I received a new one within days. Recently, I noticed a little water pooling after a heavy rainstorm and they were literally out within two days to fix the issue. And this is 22 years after the initial installation. To receive the same excellent level of service for decades speaks volumes about Jon’s integrity and dedication to his customers. I highly recommend Jon and his team for all of your window and awning needs.

The entire process from quote to installation was simple and honest. They had no special hidden or additional fees and the experience was super positive. We had nine windows and 2 large sliding glass doors installed with American Deluxe. The installation team (Carlos, Jose and Fernando) was excellent. They arrived right on time and took their time to get the windows right and working smoothly. Also did a good job at cleaning everything up. The city inspector said they did a very neat and good job. The initial bid was a little higher than my other two bids, but Ark agreed to lower the price to match them. Ark was also agreeable to my request to change the install date. He was good at getting right back to my texted questions. I highly recommend American Deluxe Windows.

From the very beginning, the team at American Deluxe Windows and Doors was incredibly professional and easy to work with. I had some unexpected issues with my apartment (needed major repairs) and we weren’t able to install my windows when they arrived.
