Alexander Company

I had a house fire and as a result I had to replace 3 Victorian style windows while meeting San Francisco current codes. Marvin Windows referred me to Alexander Co. These were tough windows to spec out and make. The owner Jeff Alexander was super. He personally came to oversee measurements and the order with Marvin. Marvin took months to deliver the windows. Upon arrival, Alexander immediately helped me arrange a painter to have the window frames painted, and their team installed the windows the next day. They fit perfectly like a glove, despite my worries about the curved top of these Victorian windows. I really appreciated Jeff's personal attention and his whole team, who were all very professional and attentive to every detail.

Referred by my house painter, I selected Alexander and Company to replace the original front windows. The team- Carlos, Jose and Rob were excellent: communicative, timely, and professional. Jose did an amazing job wood cladding my windows on site. They protected my living room with cardboard and plastic on the floors and walls and cleaned the area each day - vacuumed and swept all package and debris. I consider the price I paid good value having compared several bids. Would recommend them to all.

We had French doors installed to replace our leaking ones. The installation was flawless and the Jose and his crew were very professional and painstakingly ensured that they were installed to perfection. They even cleaned both the interior and exterior of the work area, which looked as if they weren’t even there. The stucco work was also done professionally, where in blended in perfectly with the rest of the house. We HIGHLY Recommend them, and will use them in the future when we are ready to replace other windows in our home.
