Pella Doors & Windows of Belmont

We recently purchased new windows and a new sliding door from Pella and had the pleasure of working with Ignacio as our sales rep. Ignacio was professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and very accommodating when it came to meeting us at the showroom and working with us through the details of our order. We are remodeling our home and our experience with Pella was by far one of the better experiences among the different vendors we’ve contracted with for our project. Not only through the sale but also their service. Their service team came out to check the installation and helped to ensure we knew how to use the products and helped fix some issues we experienced. So far, the windows and door have been wonderful and we love them. We definitely recommend Pella, and will always think of Ignacio and his team when it’s time for us to replace more windows and doors.

After several storms this winter one of my sliding glass doors leaked and 3 others were getting harder to open and close. Also, my puppies had run through 2 of the retractable screen doors which were no longer usable. Mike and Greg from Pella came over on time and solved every issue, they were knowledgeable and completed the job extremely fast. Their customer service was excellent! My compliments on their outstanding and thorough job. I highly recommend this company.

Alex is super responsive and nice to work with. I highly recommend this place for your windows and door shopping list.
