We are exceptionally pleased with the reliable, informative, professional, detailed, and responsive service provided by California Showcase as they replaced and installed 16 windows and two sliding glass doors in our home. Eli's presentation, follow-up, and availability was flawless. His engaging warmth and humor make him a pleasure to work with; he gave us his cell number and always responded when we needed an answer. The owner, Brian, came out personally to confirm all measurements before ordering. The installation crew was Prompt, respectful, skilled, and tidy. The windows are excellent quality, cooling our hot, south-facing rooms and eliminating outside noise. Our two street-facing windows with geometric shapes and grids were also completed without a hitch. The office staff helped us prepare our HOA approval papers - what more can you ask for? Overall, a quality product and contractor!!

Eli, gave a presentation that was unbeliveable. Bar none one of the best salesmen that I have came across in a long time, no pressure no b.s. the way he presented it the product sold it self. Every question I asked was answered honestly quickly with I.s doted and T.s crossed.
