Had an amazing experience thanks to Lorenzo! He was extremely knowledgeable on all the products and was able to answer all my questions and trust me, I had lots of them. He was incredibly helpful in helping me complete my “renovation” by offering the best products for my office space, I’m sure a lot of people out there are undertaking similar projects or possibly furnishing a new home. I highly recommend this store, but more importantly, ask for Lorenzo! Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had. So she called the warehouse to get the dimensions, but I decided to have the item delivered instead of picking it up. I had a great experience purchasing from this location. I purchased a mattress and adjustable frame and it was seamless. The purchasing process in store was easy. I believe I worked with a sale associate named Jorge. He was very nice and made the purchasing process seamless. The wait time to get the mattress and frame was about 1 month, which in this Covid-19 wait time era was not long at all. The delivery was easy, especially with white glove setup. The mattress itself is perfectly firm and the adjustable base is awesome, and both as both are just as nice as their more expensive competitors. I highly recommend this location and Bob's products.
The service was outstanding. There was no pressure to buy, and the representative I worked with was knowledgeable and attentive. Jorge shared his expertise and left the rest to me. I'd noticed a sectional about 2 weeks prior and I went back to take another look. I had concerns about how to style it in my living space. Jorge sketched out my space and shared his thoughts on how to best utilize the space. I felt that I was getting a personal interior design session. I decided to buy the sectional. I haven't received it yet, but it was comfortable, just the right color, and the price was reasonable. I'm looking forward to the delivery date. Thanks to Jorge for his assistance!
First time coming at any Bob’s furniture store, and Hands Down was the best experience we had. Henry and Miguel were awesome with us, excellent customer service with some humor on the side lol made us feel right at home. They were very helpful and made everything so easy for us. We’re very happy with our purchase and can’t wait to get our dining set and couches delivered!! We’ll definitely be coming back for a couple more things.

This place is great! The people are friendly and guide you directly to what you need! I came in here looking for a 5 dresser and I walked out with a six dresser for under $200! I had 10 color options including I went with white because white already had a primer on it so when I painted it will be much easier for me! I recommend this place to everyone they got a good selection here and get prices.
Loved the service I received. Very happy with my experience. Nick and Ernesto were very patient, kind, and had integrity. Because of my experience with them and an item I purchased, I would definitely go back here first before other places and refer others! Nick and sons is worth going to check out.
