We had a very helpful associate. She knew every answer to our questions. She even told me about getting help with delivery. The reclining sofa is very nice although one arm has a loose spot that I didn’t detect but it’s too heavy to bring back at clearance price. The arm/leg is sitting on the floor. Not really recognizable till you sit on it. A very beautiful sofa just the one end with a loose bolt I guess. The second picture the arm is fine. Thank you Susset S. for you help. When we entered the store, we were greeted right away, we looked around for dining room set and found the one we liked! He took the time to explain everything about the table, the sizes, colors, and chairs we could get, very friendly staff. They have beautiful furniture and is very affordable! Staff and management took the time to explain the furniture, delivery process, we definitely will be returning for our next furniture buy.
