I recently worked with Portland Window Coverings and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Christine was extremely professional and knowledgeable. With her interior design background, she provided thoughtful guidance on color selection, fabric options, and pricing that aligned perfectly with our style and budget. Monica was responsive, organized, and made the scheduling and coordination process smooth and effortless. Their warranty and customer support truly stand out. We had three blinds that arrived with minor defects, and the team handled the issue immediately. They coordinated replacements quickly and had the new blinds installed within just a few days—no hassle, no delays.

My experience was great across the board. The showroom made narrowing down product super easy. Christine, my in-home design consultant, was amazing. She made design fun and I felt listened to the whole appointment. Blake, installer extraordinaire, was super efficient and did a great job cleaning up after. I went with a double-layer fixture, with a powered shade and manual curtains. While it was a single window, the entire team never treated it like a small (throw-away) job. I would recommend them for any size of project and look forward to working together again.

Purchased 6 custom sized window coverings. Purchase, measurement, and installation process was flawless. The one word to describe the people I dealt with is "competent". Even "highly competent". Plus they were all friendly. Exceeded my expectations.

BUDGET BLINDS OF TUALATIN VALLEY AND OREGON CITY REVIEWS

Had a great experience with Budget Blinds to install blinds in my new home. The salesperson was amazing and took a lot of time explaining a lot of different options from different company product lines and never felt pressured. I initially got a quote from Costco and it was okay but more of just a here's what we've got take it or leave it versus a real custom installation . And actually ended up spending less with Budget Blinds then I would have with Costco for a much better product . The installation also went very well and they came back out a second time to make some adjustments that I requested and thoroughly explained how to use the app and got everything working perfectly. Would definitely use them again.

What an easy experience from start to finish. My consultant Kris was amazing and helped me choose just the right type of shade for my kitchen windows…and there were so many choices! She’s a pro! Installation was so easy and the installer Will was done within minutes. They look fantastic! Highly recommend this company.

The new blinds are exactly what we wanted. We absolutely love using the sheer privacy blinds to block the afternoon sun & the blackout shades are perfect for a good nights sleep.

My experience with the Stoneside team was amazing. From the drapery fabric selection with Amanda to the installation with Jon and Joe! Amanda met with me in my home to select the best color and drapery fabric to meet my needs and budget. Then I had the pleasure having Jon and Joe expertly install my drapes. These guys knew how to work with my challenging uneven floors to perfectly hang the drapes. All were professional, prompt, friendly and masters of their work. I highly recommend Stoneside and will use them again.

We couldn’t be more pleased with Stoneside! From start to finish, the experience has been flawless and stress-free. We are especially impressed by Jon, the installer. He was so kind and worked very efficiently. He installed blinds on six of our large windows; and yet, he was in and out in no time, leaving everything in pristine condition. The finished product is clearly well-made with an absolutely stunning aesthetic. We’re very grateful to Jon whose star shines brightly at Stoneside.

John was very professional and had all 10 windows completed in 2 hours. Removed the old blinds installed new blinds and left no mess. Meline did an excellent job in helping us select our new blinds. We highly recommend Stoneside Blinds & Shades.
