He was incredibly patient as it took me a while to decide what color best suited our home but once we decided he was able to give us our quote then and there. The shades came within two weeks and were installed as soon as they came in. He kept us up to date on the progress of the shades while they were being made and even checked in on us after they were installed to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Highly recommend them.
