I have been practicing yoga and moving type meditations for over 50 years, the last 16 some type of hot yoga. True Hot Yoga has become my “Go to”, when visiting in Phoenix. There are no “Bells and Whistles” with large dressing rooms, showers etc. That is not what practicing yoga is about. It’s about a solid, rhythmic, well sequenced practice incorporating strength, flexibility, rest and focus. These are the “True” principles of a solid yoga practice, in my opinion and experiences. I absolutely loved every experience I had at True Hot Yoga. I was pretty new to yoga when I started there but felt welcomed immediately and truly appreciated all of the direction and support from the staff. I practiced Tuesday and Thursday mornings with Serena. She always had the most calming voice and presence, not to mention soothing and uplifting music. I’ve since moved out of state and really miss True Hot Yoga! I haven’t been able to find a comparable class near my new home.
This is the best place in the valley for hot yoga!! I’ve been doing yoga for 13 years and Tru Hot is one of my favorites.

KULA YOGA REVIEWS
Intro to flow, 75 minute class with Breanna moved along at a perfect pace for me. I do yoga regularly, but never for 75 minutes, so didn’t know what to expect. It was wonderful! Great guidance, interesting, varying positions with help. Would be a difficult class for someone new to yoga. Kula has a perfect space for classes and provides all of the props, even some I had never used before. The environment is great and the staff and other attendees were very nice.
I was in town for a week visiting my dad. I needed a place to move my body. I found Kula Yoga and they made me feel right at home. I went to three classes. After my first class, I was greeted by name by the owner as I entered. Both instructors that taught my classes were professional, personable, and excellent yoga practitioners. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly!.
The newbie price was good since I am visiting for the weekend. Teachers were very nice and the Kundalini was invigorating, my abs are sore today the Sat am flow was nice as well with Linda. Nice variety of props and welcoming.

BODY & BRAIN YOGA TAI CHI REVIEWS
Body & brain has changed my life. I’m a hairstylist of 17 years who was having chronic tension/neck headaches. I was seeing a chiropractor once a week. I joined last January and I take 1-2 classes a week. I haven’t seen a chiropractor in over 9 months and I don’t get the constant headaches anymore. Master Kim is amazing. I’m so grateful I found this place! The online classes are great to do from home as well.
The yoga classes are wonderful. My body has been detoxified so much after taking classes at Glendale center. Over last two years, my body has been craving less and less meat while detoxified. Recently I made transition to a 100% vegetarian diet effortlessly. I really appreciate Dahn yoga classes gave me this experience. I feel physically my body is getting healthier and emotionally I become more stable.
I Love training at this center. I feel energized and balanced when I’m done. I’ve been looking for somewhere to learn how to improve my health and meditate since I have such a hectic work and family schedule . They’re always so welcoming and warm. I love learning Tai Chi and of course yoga. I totally recommend this training center!.
