Monarch has been a true gift, since I found them more than three years ago. Everyone who works in the office has been so warm and welcoming, and after going through a series of matches with counselors at other providers, I feel like I found one truly made for me with Jaci. In addition to what Monarch and Jaci have meant to me personally, I am so amazed by their focus on helping and supporting Lincoln and truly wanting everyone to have access to professional, compassionate mental health care. The growth into Monarch Integrative has been so cool to see, and my experience has been that the Monarch team takes great care in bringing in the highest caliber professionals. It’s not an overstatement to say that Monarch has been life-changing for me.

I do telehealth therapy. I sit on my own couch with my dog and talk with my therapist. This is hands down the best way to do therapy. My therapist is very insightful and helpful. I highly recommend Monarch Counseling....especially the telehealth aspect.
