Been going for over four months and want to say a great experience! The instructors are great and recognize that all students are at different levels. I love how the instructors gently correct you in doing your moves correctly. I’ve always said we’ll do the same thing we did today tomorrow unless shown differently. A wonderful body and mind experience!.

LOVE this place and would highly recommend to anyone. I have tried several instructors, and they are all welcoming and very positive/ encouraging. Very clean facility with some great kombucha for sale, along with other things. Love that I can easily and quickly rent a mat or towel if I forget mine. Love how smoothly showing up, checking in, and getting strarted is.

Great studio. Took Kim’s class Monday (90 minutes) and although it was hard she motivated me through it. She’s such an inspiring teacher! Love her pace, tone and drive!!!.
