This is my First time visiting this gym. The front desk people all told me Welcome. I did the Day pass and they gave me a tour. Gym has everything you need. I liked the tanning and massage areas. I also saw a training room and got a tour of the men's restroom and locker room. For being 6 in the afternoon, It was very clean and it had everything I needed. I will definitely be back. Kufre the guy at the front was super nice.

Paul, the General Manager, was Amazing and extremely helpful. I never knew this gym existed until today. As soon as I walked in I instantly felt the presence of God in the room. Thank you guys for what you’re doing and for creating a safe space for others to come and work out and be present with the Lord.

Colaw has a very friendly environment, and not busy for 7pm on a Monday. The bathrooms were clean and nice. The tanning and massage rooms are free and very nice and clean as well. They also offer free bibles.

Excellent place to train, I am a client and I have been attending for a long time and it deserves the 5 stars that I am giving it, but I would like to give more than an opinion, it is advice since I was the owner of a gym and I would like you to know the techniques he used to attract many clients. 1_. On the televisions they would have to put on the side of the weights or in general videos of trainers explaining how to do the exercises and videos of bodybuilding, fitness, etc. 2_. The music has to be for training, I will give you a small list of very good music...Music Glichery Zodivk Nueki Kute Slowboy LXNGVX Kordhell MoonDeity MC Orsen Murder And there are many more similar ones that raise the adrenaline, I hope you take me into account and I hope I have not offended anyone, which is not my intention at all, thank you very much and train like Monsters hehe .

I love this location of Planet Fitness. I typically go on my lunch break. They have a vast variety of weight lifting equipment that allows me to get in and out rather quickly. The employees are always very nice and helpful and they do a great job keeping the gym organized and clean.

I throughly enjoy every visit. It’s my second home! The staff is always polite and welcoming. The super plus is that even when there’s a crowd, all of the fellow gym goers are respectful and considerate. It’s always an absolute pleasure to be back in my second home.
