Jeff and Lisa are fantastic yoga instructors. Their studio is so cozy and welcoming. Everytime I go to the studio I feel welcomed by not only Jeff and Lisa but also the students. I have been going to Aurora Yoga Center for about 6 years now and always feel refreshed and educated on what needs to be targeted. Whether you're new and just beginning yoga or have a lot of practice this place is perfect for everybody.

Dr. Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge to such a wonderful studio and community. The genuinely caring and welcoming atmosphere makes Aurora Yoga Center feel like home.

Jeff is a cool guy very helpful in class helped me change one little thing that in the past 5 yrs of multiple teachers and classs no has ever pointed out. I'd give this place a go!.
