Love this studio. Teachers are amazing and it’s overall just a wonderful community. I have been an avid runner, boxer, and cycler prior to Bikram and honestly nothing compares to the mental, physical and spiritual benefits you receive from a Bikram yoga class. Also this style of class is for everyone:). Studio is extremely welcoming.
Just walked out of my first Bikram “inferno pilates” class with Shelly — LOVED IT. It’s a good toning workout and the instructor always includes modifications for those who are beginners. Will gladly be back, thanks Bikram!.
I loved this studio and this yoga so much as a student that I started to work here and went to teacher training! Super clean, well-kept facilities, phenomenal instructors and classes, and a supportive and welcoming community. I love BYNT!.
