Duality Yoga

I’m pretty new to the Waco area so I found Duality Yoga via a google search. Was interested in a daytime class that wasn’t too advanced. Found the Flow class with Alex and it’s perfect for all skill levels. It was exactly what I needed and I look forward to returning.

Wonderful Studio, beautiful souls! Amanda and Arielle have created a amazing place to practice! Fun, lively and suitable for beginners to pros! I especially love Amanda’s hot Flow and Arielle’s Heated recovery and HITT yoga!.

I’m glad we this gem while traveling through. Thanks to Michelle for leading us through our hot yoga experience. Highly recommend.
