We have loved our experiences at Massage Envy in Waco. Everyone we've worked with has been patient, kind and very skilled. Kim amazingly got rid of a 3 day strong migraine for me and Tracy has been instrumental in my husband's recovery after a major operation. We could not have asked for better.

Literally a life saver. I’ve been in so much pain and Chad is amazing working on getting all the knots out. I love being able to save my points for being a member to get a longer service.

Love massage envy waco! Office staff is friendly and helpful. I love my therapist, Soap, he does a great deep tissue massage.

Wonderful face massage! Helped extremely with my acne and was given a lot of helpful information on how to take care of it! Everything was peaceful, quiet, and definitely the best facial I’ve had out there! Totally recommend it for everyone.

This was my first visit and I am beyond impressed. Jennifer did an amazing job. The facility is very clean and professional. I appreciated the damp towel at the end to use to wipe off the oil and she protected my hair from the oil during the massage.

Kimberly at the Waco locations just gave me one of the best back massage. She was wonderful from beginning to end. Not to mention the foot massage, omg I think my mouth is still open. Wonderful experience.

I have been seeing Ruzica at Pivotal Pathways for several months now and I cannot believe the difference I feel! I carry all my stress in my shoulders and upper back, have suffered with major headaches and since she has been working her magic I have felt like a new person! She gives me stretches for between massage sessions to keep my muscles relaxed so each time I go back she is able to work out a little more of the mess I made over the years. Self care is so important but until you actually make the time for it you’ll never fully understand just how important it is! The owner, Wendy, has done a phenomenal job to create a space of pure relaxation and comfort! I will never need or want a massage anywhere else! Thank you both for putting time and effort into a place people can go to get away from all the stress life throws at us.

By far the best massage I’ve ever had. My masseuse was Aaron for the hot stone massage. Everything was incredible from the atmosphere, the pressure, the stone temperature, to the personable service. My friend had a prenatal massage with Franci and was in heaven after her appointment, too. The owner called me personally to make sure everything was arranged perfectly and made it special for my friend’s bachelorette. Absolutely amazing across the board! Highly recommend! We can’t wait to come back.

Wendy is absolutely phenomenal!! Her deep tissue massage was just the right amount of pressure to relieve my stress points and also relax me at the same time. I received the mommy's day out special and it was a 60 minute massage followed by a very calming facial that left my skin smooth and soft. Highly recommended Pivotal Pathway to anyone who is stressed and needing relief.
