I love Expand yoga! I highly recommend to anyone looking to continue or start their yoga practice with a little heat. I’ve been practicing here for about a year and every class I’ve taken is amazing, they never disappoint. Everyone there is so friendly and you feel the positive energy as soon as you walk through the door. All the instructors are excellent! I always leave class feeling uplifted, relaxed and just the right amount of sore. Keep up the amazing work! And thank you!.

Hot, structured, yoga with friendly instructors. So happy to have a studio like this in the area. They have generous first-time packages too, if you want to trial before committing to a membership. This is a great place to try hot yoga for the first time if you've never experienced the practice.

Awesome Yoga studio in great space with hardwood floors and big windows facing 6th Ave in Tacoma. Teachers are very knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend.
